In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the alx777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. alx777 strictly prohibits access by minors. Indonesian law and alx777's internal policy both set 21 as the minimum permissible age for gambling participation.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited under local law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of alx777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on alx777 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at minimum your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid and active email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, a secure password of your choosing, and confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. alx777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

All information provided during registration and throughout your membership must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. alx777 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration details are found to be false, misleading, or inconsistent with verified identity documents. Funds held in accounts closed on grounds of fraudulent registration may be forfeited.

alx777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in compliance with responsible gaming standards and anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. All Members must complete KYC verification before submitting their first withdrawal request or when prompted by the platform's risk management systems.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Members must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of the following documents:

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited to your alx777 balance within 5–15 minutes of successful transfer confirmation during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside banking hours or during public holidays may experience delays. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Members are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted on weekends or Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi — will be processed on the next available business day. alx777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or display unusual patterns.

5.5 Currency and Conversion

The alx777 platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). alx777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required on the Member's end is the Member's sole responsibility, and alx777 accepts no liability for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

alx777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted).

Where bonus abuse is identified, alx777 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the Member's account, and in serious cases, permanently close the account and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

6.3 Seasonal Promotions

alx777 regularly runs seasonal and event-based promotions tied to occasions relevant to our Indonesian membership, including campaigns during Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesia Independence Day (17 August), and major football tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and BRI Liga 1 season milestones. Each such promotion carries its own specific terms and validity period.

All betting and gaming activity on alx777 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, as published within the platform. The following general rules apply across all products.

• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, draw results are sourced from officially published data. alx777 does not control draw outcomes and is not responsible for discrepancies between third-party sources and official results.
• alx777 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event. Current payout limits are published within the relevant betting market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alx777 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on alx777, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent interaction with alx777's team.
• Using the platform in a manner intended to launder money, finance terrorism, or otherwise circumvent financial crime regulations.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any form of automated wagering software without explicit written authorization from alx777.

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the alx777 platform are the exclusive property of alx777 or its licensed content partners, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. In no event shall alx777's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

alx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where alx777 determines in good faith that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

Members may close their own account at any time by submitting a written request to alx777's customer support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms & Conditions and the closure of a Member's account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which alx777 holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Members upon written request to alx777's legal correspondence address.

By using alx777, you acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to restrictions under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. alx777 does not represent that the Services are lawful in your jurisdiction. You access the platform at your own risk and are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through alx777's customer support and internal escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by alx777. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation against alx777.

alx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, alx777 will endeavor to notify Members via email to their registered address or through a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
